**June 2002 figures have been restated to take account of a change in accounting policy for interest which was included in the accounts for the full year 2002.

As a result of our massive investment in the expansion and modernization of our breweries coupled with trade restructuring which we embarked upon in the last few years, our business has continued to grow and record improved performance.

Turnover and profits have increased significantly in the first half of 2003 compared to the corresponding period of last year.

We expect the second half result to be in line with that of the first half and thus year 2003 would be better than year 2002 provided there are no major disruptions to our operating environment
