Work schedules vary from individual to individual and from department to department. Work schedules may be determined by many factors: season, company requirements, amongst others.
Typically careers with NB Plc will commence in Lagos, however, all employees of NB must be willing to work anywhere within and outside Nigeria. Transfers may be frequent or not depending on the company needs at any particular time and the career plans/aspirations of the employee.
The Career Path at NB Plc is quite flexible. A career started in HR could end up in Logistics, this flexibility allows for cross functionality and employees may apply themselves in any division or department they feel they can add value.
