Maltina Promotes Culture, Shares Happiness at Ofada Day Festival

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and that’s partly because everywhere you turn, there’s a flood of super fun events to attend. Of course, everyone knows that no “end of year party” is complete without delicious food and the perfect drink to complement it. That perfect food and drink combo is what Maltina provided at the Ofada Rice Day Festival, which was held on the 4th of December 2022.

The Ofada Rice Day Festival, sponsored by Maltina, delivered premium happiness that made for a positively mind-blowing experience. Attendees got to eat, shop, dance and catch a vibe with fellow enthusiasts of Nigerian culture in all its expressions ranging from food to art and even jewelry.

While the event highlighted the rich superiority of African delicacies like Abacha and Ewa Agoyin, friends and family members present were to the star dish, Ofada rice while making lasting memories around the goodness of Maltina. There were exciting brand-led activities and a lot of goodies to take home. Among the brand’s many gifts to all in attendance was a giveaway of 50,000 shopping vouchers that put wide smiles on the faces of all its recipients.

The rich taste of African culture served at the festival was further spiced up with scintillating musical performances from superstars Reminisce, MayD and 9ice, amongst others. Other celebrities spotted at the festival include Seun Fakorede, Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Oyo State; actor and comedian Gbenga Adeyinka; and Nollywood actor Adedimeji Lateef.

Maltina has repeatedly proven itself as an unbeatable brand not only in providing great-tasting nutrition in a bottle (or can) but in curating experiences that create pleasant memories and unforgettable bonds. Its tagline, Sharing Happiness, is now characteristic of every gathering where a Maltina is found.
